You may notice that information about cosmetic treatments, pricing and before-and-after results is not publicly displayed.

This is because, under Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) guidelines, we are restricted from advertising certain prescription-based cosmetic procedures, including those involving Schedule 4 (S4) medications.

While this can be frustrating when trying to compare providers, it is in place to ensure your safety and uphold ethical medical standards. Rest assured, we are still able to share this information with you privately during your consultation!

We welcome all new patients to begin their journey with a consultation.

THIS IS AVAILABLE:
 

  1. In-clinic at either our Hawthorn East or Werribee locations
     

  2. Via FaceTime or telehealth for added convenience (Nurse Aahana and Nurse Jess Only)
     

  3. Over the phone for initial guidance

THE FIRST STEP: CONSULTATION

All new patients must book a consultation before treatment

DURING YOUR CONSULTATION, OUR NURSES WILL:

  • Assess your skin and discuss your concerns

  • Provide transparent pricing based on your individual treatment plan

  • Share examples of previous results (in-clinic only and where applicable)

  • Offer professional guidance tailored to your desired outcomes
     

Please note: Final recommendations and pricing will be confirmed after your in-person assessment and before treatment.
